JUL 1 2026 - Closing Date: JUL 8 2026 SPECIAL NOTICE - PROCURMENT FOR EXPERIMENTAL PURPOSES: The Government is issuing this special notice announcement for information purposes only for the PROCURMENT FOR EXPERIMENTAL PURPOSES under the authority of 10 United States Code (USC) 4023. 10 USC 4023 authorizes the government to acquire quantities necessary for experimentation or test purposes in the development of the best supplies that are needed for the national defense.
