The requiring activity is the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure quantity of ten (10) each RTI Connext DDS Professional, Developer Subscriptions, part number 866-20-85-00-02 and one (1) Basic Support, User Subscription, part number 869-20-00-00 manufactured by Real-Time Innovations, Inc., doing business as RTI in support of software development, test, integration, and training. No other software would be compatible (form, fit, and function) with the software currently installed for this purpose.
