FMS MALDIVES DT-P-LBK Ballistic Plates

Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IDH), located in Indian Head, Maryland intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for FMS MALDIVES DT-P-LBK / Ballistic Plates.

Quotes should include the vendors Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Email Address, an "Active" Cage Code (must be registered in SAMs), and DUNs number. Shipping should be included in the quote and quotes should be valid for 30 days. Quotes should reflect the exact items listed on the solicitation. Vendors MUST have access to Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) for invoicing.
