Sources Sought, Battery Replacement for Azerbaijan FMS Case DT-P-LZA This is a Sources Sought Synopsis. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government from an ultimate acquisition approach. No award will be made as a result of this market survey.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is seeking potential sources to provide materials and services in support of the battery replacement and refurbishment of Rotinor Seabob Black Shadow 730 Underwater Scooters and the Mistral C-Master DNS300 Diving Navigation Systems tablets as specified in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) and requested by Azerbaijan in FMS Case DT-P-LZA . The Contract Type is anticipated to be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP).

It is requested that interested businesses submit a brief capabilities statement (no more than 10 pages in length, 12-point font minimum) demonstrating ability to perform the services listed in the attached SOW. This documentation should address prior/current experience performing efforts of a similar size and scope within the last 5 years, including contract number, organization supported and indication of whether as a prime or subcontractor.
