Amendment 0001 is posted as of 8/1/2024. Please see attachment. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), intends to award a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract on a competitive basis to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable for MK 70 Booster Ballast Hardware Kits, including fabrication, acceptance, inspection, and delivery.

The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332710. The associated Product Service Code (PSC) is 2845. The proposed contract action is for supplies, for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with full and open competition under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.401(a)(2), "The award will be made on the basis of price and other price-related factors."
