THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE (RFQ). A RFQ WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED.

NSWC, IHEODTD Indian Head, intends to solicit and negotiate award with only one source – JORDAN MACHINE COMPANY, INC 355 Clow Ln Birmingham, AL 35217 For the following – Shredder Drum Assembly Only supplied by the original manufacturer of the equipment This action is be undertaken in accordance with FAR 13.106 (b) Soliciting from a single source, on the basis that the vendor is the only known source capable of meeting the government’s requirements The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 332710 with a size standard of 500 employees.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotes. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this electronic notice must be made by 9:00 a.m. 23-JUN-2024. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
