NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER INDIAN HEAD DIVISION (NSWC IHD), INTENDS TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED PRICED CONTRACT ON A NONCOMPETITIVE BASIS TO SIRSI CORPORATION, 3300 N ASHTON BLVD, STE 500, LEHI, UTAH, 84043 TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES: SIRSI MAINTENANCE SOW IS ATTACHED his action is be undertaken in accordance with FAR 13.106 (b) Soliciting from a single source, on the basis that the vendor is the only known source capable of meeting the government's requirements
