MK152 Bases and Cases - Sole Source Solicitation

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Contracts Department, Code 02 intends to award a sole source contract for the purchase of Bases and Cases oronet Machinery Corporation, located at 8 Trowbridge Drive Bethel, Connecticut 06801-2858. The NAICs code is 332710 and the PSC is 1340. THIS IS NOT AN INVITATION FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.

This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 USC 2304(C)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All interested sources shall provide the organization name, address, point of contact, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, business size, taxpayer identification number, DUNS number, and CAGE Code.

In addition, all interested sources shall provide a summary of their company’s capabilities. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for future requirements. A determination by the government not to compete this action is based on this notice and solely within the discretion of the government. All responding sources must email their response submissions no later than 04 January 2024 to:
