TBD DESCRIPTION: The Naval Research Laboratory is searching for potential sources that are capable of meeting the requirements described below for ESM DSP & Software Development Services: The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel to perform research for the ESM Branch in the following areas: RF Analog-to-Digital Conversion (ADC) Hardware Integration Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Software Development Electronic Support (ES) Software Development Software Validation and Verification Configuration Management and Control The intent of this Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is to:

Determine if an adequate number of qualified, interested contractors capable of meeting the specifications described above exist; and Determine if the contractor can meet the requirements in the Draft SOW.

NRL asks that the interested parties, at a minimum, supply the following information: Name of Company and Point of Contact (POC) with associated contact information Business Size/Socioeconomic Category for the identified NAICS Unique Entity ID and/or CAGE Code List of capabilities/resources relevant to the attached draft SOW Prior experience of similar scope/complexity of taskings in the attached draft SOW A list of job titles and qualifications suggested for this effort Any questions/suggestions related to this procurement Responses should be no more than 10 pages, and should be emailed to the Contract Specialist at Deirdre.L.Hughes.civ@us.navy.mil.
