Web of Science Subscription

The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to modify Purchase Order N0017323P2016, which was awarded on a sole source basis to Clarivate Analytics LLC in accordance with FAR 13.501(a) and 41 USC 1901 for the award of Web of Science Subscription.

In accordance with the aforementioned authorities, the anticipated modification will serve to add the following new/additional subscriptions that were not anticipated at the time of award of Purchase Order N0017323P2016: Emerging Sources Citation Index Chinese Science Citation Database InCites Benchmarking & Analytics The Journals API ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Global. The bulleted list above includes annual subscriptions for which Clarivate Analytics LLC holds the copyright to the information.

This copyrighted information includes intellectual property rights, which can only be provided by Clarivate Analytics LLC. This notice is being posted to meet the requirements of FAR Subpart 5.2 and DFARS 206.302-1. A solicitation will not be posted; however, any firm that believes it can meet this requirement may give written notification to the Contract Specialist prior to the listed response date/time.

Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to provide the same or comparable items . All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. However, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
