Doors and Lock Installation and Drywall Repairs

This is a solicitation for commercial product and services under NAICS code 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, as a total small business set-aside. NSWCCD intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) order, using FAR RFO Part 12 procedures, on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.

Please note that the due date for questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email to Marlanea Kirkbride; marlanea.m.kirkbride.civ@us.navy.mil and Vanessa Rincon; vanessa.rincon.civ@us.navy.mil. There shall be no contact with any other Government personnel prior to award, unless explicitly directed in the Solicitation.

Questions shall be submitted via email to the Contracting officer and Contract Specialist listed above by 07/30/2026 at 12:00PM EST. A second period of pre-proposal inquiries is opened via Amendment 0001 after the site-visit.

Offerors are urged to attend the Site-Visit on 10 August 2026 at 0900AM ET; review the solicitation for more information and for Base Access Procedures via Amendment 0002. Offerors are strongly encouraged to defer the majority of their technical, spatial, and facility-related inquiries until after the completion of the scheduled site visit.

All post-visit questions must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist listed above, with a deadline for receipt of any remaining or additional questions by 11 August 2026 at 4:00PM ET. Although every effort will be made, the Government makes no guarantee that questions received after the date above will be answered.

Amendment 0003 removed the original Performance Work Statement (PWS) and replaced it with PWS Revision 1, dtd 12 August 2026. The submission deadline for all quotes is extended to 08/17/2026 by 5:00PM EST. Please note that quotes should price CLIN 0001. Please review all attachments included as part of this solicitation.
