The Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is soliciting for a navy occupational dosimetry system (NODS) that is capable of meeting the Navys Physical, Radiological, and Environmental requirements. The NODS shall consist of the Navys next generation dosimetry system and an updated radiation health and database management software system called the Navy Radiation Exposure Management System (NAVREMS).

The Government is soliciting this requirement as full-and-open competition. The contract will be awarded as a hybrid single award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity(IDIQ), with the hardware components being procured on a firm fixed price (FFP) basis and the software development portion being procured on a cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) basis. Other direct costs associated with the requirement will be handled on a cost-only basis.

The contract will be for a period of five years to include five one-year ordering periods. **This solicitation is available electronically through PIEE. Offerors must adhere to the announcement instructions provided there. Monitor SAM.gov and PIEE for any amendments. The RFP and all attachments can be accessed via the link below. Questions are due October 22, 2024.
