The Government intends to solicit with Thermo Electron North America LLC for one (1) base and two (2) option years of maintenance service for NSWCCDs Antaris IGS with Mercury Cadmium Telluride Analyzer (MCTA) Gas Analyzer Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) in the form of one (1) scheduled annual preventative maintenance visit, on-site response time within three (3) working days from the date of reporting the issue to the manufacturer, priority status for technical support inquiries with a targeted immediate response time, diagnosis and corrective maintenance procedures utilizing digital remote support tools, software and firmware updates upon request and in conjunction with a scheduled Preventive Maintenance or Corrective Maintenance visit.

The NAICS code is 541519 and the Small Business Standard is $34M. The provisions and clauses included and/or incorporated in this solicitation document are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. This RFQ incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-02 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20211130. Interested parties may identify their interest to this requirement by submitting a capabilities statement no later than 4:00 PM on 25 July 2025. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes. However, all responses received by 25 July 2025 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses shall include price(s), FOB Destination, a point of contact, name and phone number, GSA contract number (if applicable), business size, and payment terms. Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the quoter to meet all specifications and requirements.
