Medium voltage electrical testing is required to ensure the 2.4kv Bldg 4E Interior Substation 4A and all associated feeder equipment is safe to energize. The intent is to provide test results sufficient to allow Substation 4A to be energized from utility power and be placed back in normal service. The Contractor shall inspect and test all components of the Sub 4A 2400v switchboard, protective relays and secondary transformers 38,42,43,44 and 49, Substation #2 15Kv Circuit Breaker #5 including all protective relays and Main Substation 15Kv feeder protective relays for HMS-09 and HMS-15 in accordance with 2023 National Electrical Maintenance Testing (NETA) Maintenance Testing Specifications
