B1602 A324 705 Space

Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to negotiate a Total Small Business Set Aside, Firm Fixed Price contract. NSWCCD has been tasked to procure a firm fixed price type contract for an office renovation to make B1602 Room A324 with a tempest mitigated ICD 705-compliant space. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 238290, Other Building Equipment Contractors. The current size standard is $22 million.

The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5670, Building Components Prefabricated. A complete RFQ package will be available by downloading the documents in the PIEE Solicitation Module on or around 05 August 2025. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form.

Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the PIEE Solicitation Module; this office will NOT issue hard copy solicitations. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by the Government.

By submitting a proposal, the offeror will be self-certifying that neither the principal corporate officials nor owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal.

By submission of a proposal, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
