RDS and Legacy Probes Interface Cable

AMENDMENT 002 The purpose of this Amendment to the Sources Sought Notice is to provide answers to the questions received on or about 13 March 2024. Answers will be included as Attachemnt 8- Sources Sought Notice Questions-Answers dated 04 April 2024. The deadline for completed questionnaires and capability statements from interested parties is COB 22 April 2024. See attached documents for more details.

AMENDMENT 001 The purpose of this amendment to the Sources Sought Notice is to 1) replace document item #4 - SOW 2-1 Radiological Detection System Base Unit to DT-304.PDR Interface Technical Specification Revision A originally posted with the notification, with the Radiological Detection System Base Unit to Legacy Probe Interface Technical Specification Revision C; and, 2) extend the Q&A's period to 04 April 2024 and submission due date in the sources sought notification dtd 25 March 2024 document item #1.

Technical Specification Revision C reflects the inclusion of DT-643 which is already specified in the Statement of Work (SOW), and does not therefore require any other change to the documents posted with the original notification. Answers to the questions received on or about 13 March 2024, are pending and will be posted soonest.

The deadline for submitting questions has been reopened and extended to COB 04 April 2024. The deadline for completed questionnaires and capability statements from interested parties has been extended to COB 22 April 2024. See attached documents for more details.

ORIGINAL POSTING NSWCCD has a requirement for a total of 3,700 (each) Interface Cables in accordance with the RDS Base Unit to DT-304/PDR Interface Technical Specification Document (attached) to be procured during a five-year period of performance (if all options are exercised), as follows:?? Base Year – 50 Interface Cables? Year 1 – 250 Interface Cables? Year 2 – 400 Interface Cables? Year 3 – 1,500 Interface Cables? Year 4 – 1,500 Interface Cables?
