Answer questions from industry and remove the reference to EMI testing requirements. The original solicitation posting was released with an incorrect description of services for EMI testing. Please note there is NO requirement for EMI Testing associated with this solicitation. The solicitation response due date has been extended until 12 PM on Friday, March 1, 2024 Amendment N0016724Q00430001 is issued to:

1. Dissolve the Total Small Business Set-aside. This Solicitation is now unrestricted.

2. Extend the question submission due date to February 15, 2024. Added Tracy McDonough as POC for questions submission.

3. Extend the Solicitation response due date to 12PM on February 28, 2024. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Code 653 intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the procurement of services to conduct environmental testing of a Navy Ultraviolet Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS). The contractor will be responsible for conducting shock and vibration testing on the Navy BWTS in accordance with MIL-DTL-901, MIL-STD-167-1, and MIL-STD-461.
