Non-welded Aluminum Composite Impact Protection System Installations

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for non-welded aluminum composite impact protection system (CIPS) installations. The NAICS code is 332999 and the business size is 750 employees. The proposed action is for a blanket purchase agreement for CIPS installations, for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate as a small business set-aside. The NSWCCD intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The NSWCCD will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Quoter that submits the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote in response to this solicitation that represent the best value to the Government. See 52.212-2- EVALUATION. Questions/clarification regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than January 23, 2024 at 11:59AM. All questions will be answered in an amendment to the solicitation. Quote packages are due no later than February 09, 2024, at 11:59 AM.
