The objective is to engage a qualified testing contractor to perform environmental qualification testing (EQT) to verify that this updated enclosure assembly and workstation mount meets all naval shipboard survival and operational requirements.
The Statement of Work (SOW) defines the requirements for environmental and electromagnetic compatibility testing of the Combined All-Domain Command and Control System Afloat (CAC2S Afloat) Data Processing Assembly and Workstation Mount. In accordance with Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Procedures, Guidance, and Information (PGI) 206.302-1, the Government is accepting information from companies potentially capable of meeting the requirements as described above. Companies with the capabilities and facilities to provide this testing that meets the Government’s requirements and certification requirements may respond. Responses shall address requirements as discussed within the SOW.
All interested parties may submit company and product literature, a white paper no longer than 5 pages, and/or other pertinent information, such as a description with performance parameters and a statement of current availability, summary of prior testing, test reports, a budgetary estimate, and an explanation as to why the Government should not procure this effort on a sole source basis as stated above given the requirements set forth.

The Government may contact RFI respondents to get clarification on the information submitted.
Submissions may be sent by any government or non- governmental entity including commercial firms, non-profit organizations, and institutions of higher education with degree-granting programs in science and/or engineering (universities), or by consortia comprising such concerns.
