The scope of this effort is to provide all management, labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, and environmental and quality controls, to accomplish accessibility of the anechoic chamber in B41 C-Bay with material handling equipment at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Crane, Located in Crane, Indiana. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
