Location: Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division, IN This Sources Sought (SS) announcement is In Accordance With (IAW) FAR part 10 - Market Research and is created in anticipation of a potential future procurement. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division is conducting market research for the procurement of the Manufacture (build to print), Evaluation, Overhaul, and Refurbishment of AN/SPS-49 Klystron Electron Tube Cases. This is a follow-on contract to N00164-20-D-WP52.
NSWC intends to solicit and award a single five (5) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Anticipated solicitation date will be in the third quarter of fiscal year 2024. This procurement is anticipated to be 100% set aside for small businesses. PSC 5960 and J020 apply to this requirement. The Government is seeking companies with the capabilities and facilities to provide AN/SPS-49 Klystron Electric Tube Cases as well as feedback on the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

If so, what is your company’s website address? Does your company have a satisfactory performance record for the type of work required? Does your company have the necessary organization, experience, accounting, operational controls, and technical skills, or the ability to obtain them?
This includes such elements as production control procedures, property control systems, quality assurance measures, and safety programs applicable to the materials to be produced or services to be performed by the prospective contractor and subcontractors.
When to Submit: Responses are requested no later than 1400 EST, 15 May 2024. Responses received after the closing date may be considered but may not be included in initial reporting or assessments.
Notices: The Government does not intend to award a contract or to otherwise pay for the information solicited as a result of this notice. Acknowledgement of receipt of responses will not be made. Do not send any material that requires a non-disclosure agreement or identify information that is business sensitive. If a potential respondent believes submission of classified material is necessary or will provide a higher quality response, please contact.
Respondents are solely responsible for properly marking and clearly identifying any proprietary information or trade secrets contained within their responses. The Government will not be liable, or suffer any consequential damages, for any proprietary information not properly marked and clearly identified. Proprietary information received in response to this SS will be handled IAW applicable Government regulations. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (SAM).
