This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. Please view attached solicitation for complete details of requirement. N0010424QJB24 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-02. This requirement is unrestricted under NAICS code 335999, size standard 600. Requirement is for the repair of:

CLIN 0001 NIIN 016177948 SAFRAN FADEC ETF40B QUANTITY 119 EA Vendor will ship in place. FOB origin. Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies. 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies and price will be overall determining factor for award. 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies and contractor shall provide a completed copy of the provision.

52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies. 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies. DPAS rating DO-A3 applies. Offers shall be submitted electronically no later than 08 MAR 2024.
