Notice of Intent to Require Subcontract for a Brand Name Requirement, RFP N0003924R4100

The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), in support of the Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) Program Office (MPO), intends to direct a brand name subcontract for components (Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) - Nano-T FPGA (PN 1000163893) and Multiplexer (PN 1000234111)) from L3 Technologies Inc. in order to support the production of the MIDS Weapon Data Link (WDL) Small-Form-Factor Weapons Attritable Radio Multi-Mode (SWARMM) Family 2 (SF2) and to meet specific technical requirements of the radio.

The estimated value of this portion of this subcontract is up to $2.6M and falls under the authority of FAR 6.302- 1(c) – Brand Name.
