This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Competitive quotes are being requested under Request for Quote (RFQ) Number N00039- 24-Q-1000.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 561990, All Other Support Services and the small business size standard is $16.5 million. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Only quotes submitted by Small Business Concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a non-Small Business Concern will not be considered for award.
The Government is seeking to acquire data destruction services for Naval Information Warfare System Command (NAVWAR) Headquarters, Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communication, Computer and Intelligence (PEOC4I), Fleet Readiness Directorate (FRD), Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS), and Joint Tactical Network Center (JTNC).
The contractor shall provide onsite collection services at Naval Base Point Loma Old Town Campus (OTC) and Harbor Drive Annex (HDA) of Classified, Controlled Unclassified and Controlled Classified material. Destruction of material(s) shall be accomplished by means that eliminate risk of recognition or reconstruction of the information per DoDM 5200.01 V3 & V4 (dated 24 Feb 2012). Refer to the DD254 for additional security requirements.
This procurement will include a 12-month base and four (4) 12-month option periods. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a full description of this requirement.
