AEGIS - Point of Service Coolers

Naval Sea Systems Command intends to utilize other than full and open competition to place an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-21-G-5102 to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems located in Moorestown, NJ for point of service coolers. This BOA order will be issued in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 and the approved Class Justification and Approval 53,422.

LM RMS is the only known source possessing the requisite knowledge and ability to satisfy the Government’s requirement within its required schedule. This notice is not a request for proposals. However, interested parties may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to fulfill the requirement. Generic capability statements that do not specify how it will fulfill these requirements will be deemed non-responsive without any further communication from the Government.

All responsive expressions of interest received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred to submit a response to this synopsis; any costs associated with responding to this synopsis are solely at the expense of the source submitting the information. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. This synopsis is for informational purposes only. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities must contact LM RMS directly.
