PCCI, Inc., Alexandria, Virginia, is awarded a $315,000,000 cost-plus-award-fee and cost-plus-fixed-fee indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for the Emergency Ship Salvage Material system. Work will be performed worldwide, and is expected to be completed by December 2029. No funding will be obligated at the time of award; all funding will be made available at the task or delivery order level as contracting actions occur.

ESSM resources, including equipment and personnel, are also utilized by other agencies and activities (e.g., U.S. Coast Guard, Environmental Protection Agency, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Military Sealift Command, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers).
