AMNS BOA FY 24-29

Raytheon Compnay, Portsmouth, Rhode Island, was awarded a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with a ceilig value of $56,000,000 for the procurement of materials, support and documentation necessary to receive, evaluate, inspect, maintain, disassemble, repair, overhaul, refurbish, assemble, and test the Airborne Mine Neutralization System (AMNS). The ordering period for the BOA will be five years after contract award. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) (only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements).
