N0002424F5346 - End of Life Material buy for MK99 FCS

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA HQ) intends to utilize other than full and open competition to place an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0002422G5311 to Raytheon Technologies located in Andover, Massachusetts. The awarded order will satisfy United States Navy (USN) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) AEGIS requirement for an End of Life (EOL) procurement of materials to resolve Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) in support of the MK99 Fire Control System (FCS).

The order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Raytheon Technologies is the only qualified source that possesses the in-depth technical expertise, knowledge, resources, and understanding of the MK99 FCS DCC necessary to satisfy the Government’s requirements within the scope of the BOA and the required schedule. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
