Related Notice: N00024-23-R-2122 Huntington Ingalls, Incorporated – Newport News Shipbuilding Division, was awarded a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for installation component configuration management, logistics support, and provisioning functions of the Reviewing Yard for CVN 68 Class Steam and Electric Plant components and systems. The statutory authority for this sole source award is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(1) – only one responsible source and no other supplier or services will satisfy agency requirements.
