Modification to FY19-FY23 Strategic and Attack Mission Support for Active Nuclear Powered Submarines

General Dynamics Electric Boat Corp., Groton, Connecticut, was awarded a $145,000,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification on 21 March 2024 to previously awarded contract N00024-19-C-2125 for engineering, technical, design agent, and planning yard support for operational strategic and attack submarines. The statutory authority for this sole source award is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(1) – only one responsible source and no other supplier or services will satisfy agency requirements.
