The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole source delivery order to The Raytheon Company, Space and Airborne Systems Division, McKinney, TX, to establish a regional P-8A APY-10 radar repair and diagnostic capability in Australia in support of United States Navy, Royal Australian Air Force, and approved regional partner P-8A operations. The effort is expected to include: Relocation of existing Antenna Control Electronics (ACE) and Antenna (ANT) Diagnostic Test Equipment from Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRC-SE) to a new facility in Australia; the establishment of repair capabilities for two of the five Weapon Replaceable Assemblies (WRAs); Field Service Representative (FSR) support for the transition, logistics, and initial operator training; the procurement, build, and delivery of a new System Integration Level Test Set (SILTS) to provide a complete five-out-of-five WRA test and repair capability; and the procurement of a new Flight Line Systems Diagnostics (FLSD) system. The anticipated period of performance is Q2 FY2027 through Q2 FY2032 with award anticipated in Q2 FY2027.
