Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) issued a modification to a commercial Firm Fixed Price type delivery order N0001925F0222 on existing Basic Ordering Agreement N6833522G0010 to Teledyne Controls, LLC., 501 Continental Blvd, El Segundo, California 90245, on an other than full and open basis, for the procurement of licensing, and customer and sustainment support services for Portable Maintenance Access Terminal (PMAT) XS software program for the E-6B aircraft for a portion of Calendar Year 2026 through Calendar Year 2029 in accordance with FAR 5.101(c)(4)(i).

BOA N6833522G0010 was awarded to Teledyne Controls, LLC under the authority of 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1) as implemented by?Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1 prior to the Department of War implementation of the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Part 6 (effective 01 February 2026).

Therefore, the subject DO will be processed?pursuant to?the authority of FAR 6.302-1, whereby the supplies and services?required?are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This action was a sole source award therefore no due date for receipt of offers exists in accordance with FAR 5.303(b)(2).
