Notice of Award for Sole Source PMA-201 IDIQ Contract for CY25-27 FMS/USN support or Harpoon and SLAM-ER Missile, EHCLS, AHWCS, ENCAP, HSCLCS, HCDS, and HCDCM System Engineering, Training and Technical Services.

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201), awarded a Cost Plus Fixed Fee/Cost Only Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the Boeing Company, under N00019-25-D-0012 on 21 March 2025. This contract provides for the procurement of Engineering, Training and Technical Services for the United States Navy (USN) and various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers in support of Harpoon and Standoff Land Attack Missile-Expanded Response (SLAM ER) Missile, Encapsulated Harpoon Command and Launch Systems (EHCLS), Advanced Harpoon Weapon Control System (AHWCS), Harpoon Coastal Defense System (HCDS), Harpoon Coastal Defense Cruise Missile (HCDCM) System, Encapsulated (ENCAP) Support and the Harpoon Shipboard Command Launch Control System (HSCLCS).

This contract was awarded on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. The Boeing Company is the only known, qualified, responsible source that can fulfill the requirements herein.
