The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has awarded a Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF) modification to contract N0001919C0079 to Raytheon, Tucson, Arizona, procuring Ultra 1.1+ Processors and Re-Hosted for Obsolescence (RO) Hardware in the Loop (HIL). This acquisition was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C.
