Replace Roof, B211

The 47th Contracting Squadron, Laughlin Air Force Base, TX, is seeking responsible sources to establish a Firm Fixed-Price Contract in which the awarding company will, at a minimum, provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and all other incidentals required to repair by replacing the roof of Building 211. The Contractor shall submit a proposal for the demolition, removal, repair work to the existing roof system, and the new roof.

This acquisition will be a set aside for historically underutilized business zone (HUBZone) certified companies. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238160 and the applicable small business size standard is $45M dollars.
