Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) Engineering and Technical Support (RETS)

This is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN). This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The Department of War (DoW), Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) is issuing this notice to obtain information to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition method. This SSN is seeking support that encompasses seven specific areas of expertise:

1. Mission Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering and Developmental Test and Evaluation (T&E);

2. Prototyping, Experimentation, and Demonstration;

3. Modeling & Simulation;

4. Operations Research;

5. Science and Technology (S&T) Research and Assessment Research;

6. Data Management & Analysis; and 7. Ad-Hoc Surge Support, all assets critical to the security of the United States (US). See attached SSN and Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific details as it pertains to the requirements of this request.
