NATO Request for Information: Delivery of Reinforcement Enablement Simulation Tool to Joint Support and Enabling Command

The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to identify the availability, pricing, and delivery timeline of a Reinforcement Enablement Simulation Tool (REST). The purpose of REST is to develop and enhance the Reinforcement and Sustainment Network so as to ensure and facilitate the execution of the Reinforcement by Forces and Sustainment Flow. REST will simulate plans, analyze the network, and disseminate the result within NATO.

It will provide predictive analysis based on recent events, historical data, and other parameters defined by users. This is an RFI only. It is NOT a solicitation for proposals nor a pre-solicitation notice. NCIA is not liable for any expenses incurred by firms in conjunction with their responses to this RFI, and this RFI shall not be regarded as a commitment of any kind concerning future procurement of the items described.

The attachment contains a Summary of Requirements and a Questionnaire for responding to the RFI. Do NOT submit your RFI responses to the Department of Commerce.
