NATO Request for Information: Air Command and Control Information Services Increment 2

The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) regarding the development of an Air Command and Control Information Services Increment 2 tool. The desired product will enhance the operational planning capability provided by Air Command and Control Information System Increment 1, an important component in delivering Joint Air Planning and Monitoring and initial Ballistic Missile Defense capability for the NATO Command Structure. This is an RFI only.

It is NOT a solicitation for proposals nor a pre-solicitation notice. NCIA is not liable for any expenses incurred by firms in conjunction with their responses to this RFI, and this RFI shall not be regarded as a commitment of any kind concerning future procurement of the items described. The attachments contain instructions and questionnaires for responding to the RFI. Do NOT submit your RFI responses to the Department of Commerce. An email address for submitting your RFI responses is provided in the attachment.
