The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to identify solutions that could be made available to support the NATO requirement for three UHF channels during the period January 2025 until December 2034. The services are currently fulfilled through a multi-national consortium under the NATO Military SATCOM Service 6th Generation Memorandum Of Understanding (NSS6G MOU). This is an RFI only. It is NOT a solicitation for proposals nor a pre-solicitation notice.
The NCI Agency is not liable for any expenses incurred by firms in conjunction with their responses to this RFI, and this RFI shall not be regarded as a commitment of any kind concerning future procurement of the items described. The attachment contains a Summary of Requirements and a Questionnaire for responding to the RFI.
Other supporting information and documentation of current and future UHF channel capability programs is also welcome (technical data sheets, marketing, brochures, non-binding catalogue price lists, descriptions of existing installations, etc.) Do NOT submit your RFI responses to the Department of Commerce. An email address for submitting your RFI responses is provided in the attachment.
