NATO Request for Information: Defensive Cyberspace Operations Retainer (DCOR) Services

The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) seeks to identify the availability and technical capability of qualified industry sources for Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) Retainer services that will assist the NCI Agency and its customers at a NATO Enterprise level in conducting DCO activities on NATO networks. This is a Request for Information (RFI). It is NOT a solicitation for proposals nor a pre-solicitation notice.

The NCI Agency reference for this request is MS-423244-DCO, and all correspondence and submissions concerning this matter should include this reference. The information resulting from this effort is for planning purposes only and for assisting the NCI Agency in refining its requirement and related acquisition strategy. As a result, the NCI Agency will not pay for any costs incurred in responding to this RFI.

Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Product demonstrations or face-to-face briefings/meetings with industry are not foreseen during this initial stage; however, technical discussions may take place following the submission of responses, with the purpose of clarifying or further augmenting those responses where required The Instructions and Questionnaire are attached.
