Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles (FMTV) A2

The Product Director (PdD), Multi-Mission Protected Vehicle Systems (MPVS) located at the United States Army TACOM Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) in Warren, Michigan is seeking to identify sources capable of manufacturing the FMTVA2 and associated kits, develop and integrate technical enhancements identified in the Performance Specification, and provide System Technical Support (STS) and Maintenance Technical Representative (MTR) support.

This program intends to provide coverage to the U.S. Army and for future customers such as the Army National Guard, Army Reserve, other Program Offices, and potential Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. The vehicles shall be built to the FMTVA2 Production Level Technical Data package and meet the requirements contained in the FMTV A2 Performance Specification. The Performance Specification will include requirements for specific technical enhancements that shall be incorporated into the production configuration.
