Solicitation: W91CRB-25-R-MOUNTS; Request for Quote (RFQ) This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-07. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)

Code: 333310 “Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing”. The size standard for the NAICS Code is 1000 employees. Quotes must be valid for 90 days. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified sellers may submit bids. The Product and Service Code (PSC) is 1240 “Optical Sighting And Ranging Equipment”.

The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), an agency of the Government, intends to procure brand name or equal Advanced Combat Optical Gunsight Mounts for the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC). The Government anticipates the issuance of a commercial, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.106, as a result of the subject solicitation. The anticipated date of award is to be determined.
