Guam Defense System (GDS) Request for Solutions Brief (RFSB)

REV03 posted on 17 July 2026 adds MITRE to the companies of Non-Government Personnel support for this effort. REV 02 posted on 14 July 2026. Additionally, the CUI Q&A has been provided to all vendors via DoD SAFE.

The RFSB due date is extended to 0900 EST on 20 July 2026. REV 01 Posted on 02 July 2026. The U.S. Army Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Fires is issuing a Guam Defense System (GDS) Request for Solutions Brief (RFSB) with the intent of awarding one (1) Other Transaction Agreement for Prototype (pOTA) in accordance with (IAW) 10 U.S.C. § 4022. Only U.S. companies with the ability to process and store SECRET information and hardware are eligible to submit a solutions brief.
