Synopsis for Solicitation Number N0018924Q0241 (Panasonic Displays) The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for Panasonic Monitors. The brand name justification will be attached when posted to SAM.gov. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement covers the procurement of Panasonic display monitors. The requirement will be solicited on 25 July 2024. The items that will be procured consists of the following:

40, 65-inch Panasonic display monitors for the United States Naval Academy. These digital displays will be used in a university classroom. They need to support multiple 4K resolution and well as be able to be controlled via rs232 so that they can be integrated in the existing AV configuration. Must be Panasonic manufactured to be compatible with existing AV programing.

Any potential contractor capable of demonstrating that it is qualified to perform the work to the required standards and that wishes to make a competitive quote for the contract should submit a capability statement in SAM.gov.

Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for award to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334118 – Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing.
