Unarmed Guard Services at the Migrant Operations Center, Naval Station Guantanamo Bay

**Phase I of this solicitation is now closed. Only those vendors who participated in phase I are eligible to participate in phase II. Phase I Questions with Answers have been posted. **THIS IS A PHASED PROCUREMENT WITH A MANDATORY SITE VISIT** The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) has a continuing need to contract for unarmed guard services to support ERO at the Migrant Operations Facility (MOC) located at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB), Cuba.

This is a solicitation for these services being posted in accordance with the attached sections A - M including all attachments (section J). Please see RFP for applicable due dates and additional information.
