Install Back Up Generator, Building 1043

The purpose of this Construction effort is to install a backup generator located in Building 1043 at Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB). See Attachment 1 Statement of Work (SOW) for further details regarding scope of work.

Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction: Between $250,000 and $500,000. This synopsis is for market research purposes only. If a solicitation for this effort is released, it is anticipated the requirement will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding. Total Small Business set-aside is currently expected, however further socio-economic program set-aside may be determined based on responses to this synopsis. 1) Confirm your interest in performing the subject requirement as outlined in the attached SOW.

2) Provide a Statement of Capability (SoC) that lists and details recent and/ or relevant experience with similar construction efforts.

3) Recommend what NAICS Code would be the best fit for this new requirement.

4) In your capabilities package, please include your Unique Entity ID, Cage Code and Socio-economic status. Funds are not presently available for this effort. This posting is not an authorization to commence work or incur any costs to perform work. The Government will not be liable for any work performed or expense incurred in response to this post.
