Project Title: Replace AHUs & VAVs in NPS Dorms Ph1 Project Location: Keesler AFB, MS The Magnitude of the proposed construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This acquisition is being issued as a HUBZone set-aside. Enter price in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for Thursday, 1 August 2024 at 2:00pm CDT.

In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver’s license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction). Your attention is directed to Section L for Proposal Preparation and Section M for Evaluation Factors for Award.
