US Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC) Prospect Messaging

The Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC) has a requirement for a technology platform which allows recruiters in the 1st, 4th, 6th, 8th, 9th and 12th Marine Corps Districts (MCDs) to engage with their target market. This capability helps leverage mobile device management capabilities such as text and instant messaging for data collection and lead generation. Please see attached RFI for further information and instructions for responses.

Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure the service or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this RFI, and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers.
