Description

Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installations East, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Data Security Inc., 300 S 7th St, Lincoln, NE 68508-2401 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) only one source reasonably available.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.  A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. 

This request is for an extented warranty and preventive maintenance service provided by Data Security Inc.
