Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source

Parts needed include manufactured air bladders and attachment parts and seals along with air connection parts. These manufactured parts are required to allow for quick replacement of damaged air bladders to ensure weir facility operates fully to divert Santa Margarita River water into percolation ponds or Lake O’Neill which both recharge the aquifer which is the source of the southern Base’s domestic water supply. The manufacturer can provide these fabricated bladders and associated parts. The required bladder sizes are unique to Camp Pendleton’s weir structure. For details see attatched.
